My wife and I would like to draw your attention to one of your outstanding employees who we have had the pleasure to work with throughout a recent stressful period in our lives.
A few months back a water line in our downstairs bathroom burst, which caused flooding throughout the entire bottom floor of our house. After the water mitigation team removed the damaged items and dried the structures out, my insurance company gave me your businesses name as a preferred contractor within their system; I contacted your office and stated that I wanted the “the best guy you have” to assist with the refurbishing.
Alex Paim was sent out to inspect, and from day one, he was nothing but courteous,sincere, honest, and extremely professional.
Being a retired Army senior sergeant, I have come to expect tasks to be completed perfectly and within a timely manner (plus I am a bit OCD). Alex was able to meet all of our expectations by explaining every detail throughout the entire renovation process, and even peeled me off the ceiling a few times, bringing me back down to earth when I thought things weren’t going as we expected. When something didn’t look correct or didn’t seem right, he explained why it was like that or had it fixed promptly. He was available to us 24/7 for any questions and always followed up with status updates to us via email or verbally by phone.
Alex has an extremely high standard of craftsmanship and holds his team to the same.He continually went back through and inspected everything that thesub-contractors did to ensure it was done suitably.
I truly believe that the “best guy” was sent to our house that day, and if you have built a team as responsive and professional as what you have in Mr. Paim,you have one hell of a team going for you at Paul Davis Restorations.
