While we always strive to provide great customer service it is rare that a customer is motivated enough to send our office a letter thanking the project manager for a job well done. However, it is almost unheard of for a customer to take time out of their day to deliver a gift to project manager. While Josh has only been our office a short time, he has already achieved this feat. He recently completed a complicated project where a homeowner had two active claims at once, he completed repairs on both claims and returned the home to these customers in time for them to enjoy Christmas. Unfortunately, Josh was not in the office when the homeowner stopped by, but she wanted to make sure we saved part of the gift for him.
